Nestor Infanzon, FAIA, RIBA, LEED AP BD+C as owner and founding principal, he bring over three decades of design experience to his practice covering all aspects of design development of architectural projects in the public and private sector. His experience includes hotels, aviation, office, banking, educational facilities, sports facilities, retail center, and mixed-use complex both in national and international projects. Throughout small or large projects, Nestor Infanzon has been able to focus his attention to the impact craft and innovations have as the foundation for an enduring, appealing, and timeless body of work.
Nestor Infanzon body of work has been diverse in medium, scope, size, and location throughout his career, yet he has been able to create a seamless relationship between his craft and the build object. Even more impressive is his ability to explore all facets of architecture and design and he approaches all projects with passion, craft, and a creative and fresh approach to each challenge. His continual questioning of programmatic, image and construction means allows him to unravel problems of design and technology inherent in any given project. This approach to design has allowed him to build projects that not only are dignified, elegant and self-effacing, but it also allows his work to evoke sense of human scale through craft and detail. Nestor having worked within the fold of large corporate designs firms where collaborative designs are the hallmark of their design process, his contributions to each project are strongly felt. His work has been recognized through multitude of design awards and publications.
For his recognition as a significant designer, he was appointed to serve on the 1999 National AIA Design Awards Jury in Washington D.C. Regardless of scale, size, budget or programmatic need, Nestor has an uncanny ability to discover and tap into the soul of a project thus crafting a solution that is specific to the owner's vision and goals. His projects benefit from his constant pursuit through his writing, teaching and artistic explorations. He is a firm believer of collaborative design and the value architect's bring to the projects in their leadership roles.
